BPO Kenya Strategy

Like most of other IT aggressive Countries in Africa, Kenya has established the roadmap to grab a share of the $220 billion in the global business outsourcing sector- BPO. One of the establishments includes the Rockefeller Foundation. Kenya has recently established vision 2030 as a guide to greater achievements and to be a leader in IT in Africa.

BPO involves the transfer of none-core business process along with the associated operational activities and responsibilities to a third party with a guaranteed equal service level.

In this arrangement, the client reserves the final say over the activities of the vendor in regard to the process of long term mutual success. Recent introduction of the under sea fiber optic cable is seen as a major driver in the developing IT sector in Africa.
